Faire une capture d'écran de son site, la redimensionner en 120 pixels sur 90 pixels, la sauvegarder sous le nom ascreen.jpg puis l'enregistrer ensuite à la racine du site.

Un nouveau plaidoyer de Joel Spolsky pour donner des bonnes conditions de travail aux développeurs, un article à mettre entre toutes les mains des "managers" de SSII. Ne pas oublier de leur donner aussi une copie de "Le mythe du mois-homme" de Frederic Brooks au passage. Corollaire sur les conditions de travail du développeur : celui-ci va vraisemblablement échouer à monter son entreprise s'il reste seul. C'est limpide.
